okay let's face it....Asher Roth has probably inspired a million wack rappers with his frat-hop sound. Here, he's improved a little , but not too much. His flow still bites early Eminem so badly and his lyrics aren't very clever but the man has an ear for beats(production from Madlib, RZA, Just Blaze, Kanye West, Etc.) and an attracting, listener-friendly, voice that isn't too hallenging. Rik Smits is definitely the song where Asher shows his potential and passion over one of the best Just Blaze beats i've ever heard. I'm personally excited for his next release, to see where he takes his music.
