This is a tremendous EP. Energetic, depressing, well crafted songs reminiscent of Kerosine Heights but (imo) tighter. Drummer is killer, carrying a lot of the momentum and allowing the rest of the instruments to shine and have their own space. Lyrics are between personal and occasionally absurd (you'll never be like me, you keep it saucy everyday). The singer has a way of taking a moment or a night or a feeling and encapsulating it in a very digestible way, and the vocals are rough in a charming way with a good voice behind them. Emo staple song names hide depth and quality
