Definitely a step forward for Finneas, the use of soft rock and alt-pop really shines through. However this record still falters with not being all that interesting or memorable when you really get into it. Nothing about the album makes me want to come back to it once it?s over. But it is solid when it?s on and there really isn?t anything that terrible about it.
