Logic doing Logic things on his newest album ?Ultra 85?. The music on here is exactly what you would expect from Logic with booming and hypnotic boom bap beats and typical oddball reference lyrics. With that said the biggest issue with this album is the length of the project. For one the skits take so much out of this album with some of them being well over 2 minutes in length. Plus the back half of the album sounds like Logic completely threw in the towel and just wanted to fill the album for no reason. But the listening experience is solid, just needs to be heavily trimmed.

Banging beats, but Ultra 85 suffers from several issues: overlong and overabundant skits (which unnecessarily lengthen the record) that aren't even skits per se but intros/outros which makes it horrible for playlisting, and freestyle-like flows that soon go to the background because of how subpar they are compared to the beats. Kinda lit, could've been very very lit.
