Julia-Sophie?s debut album is a atmospheric and synthie set of art pop and alt-pop ideas that come together really well, but have hard time being all that prominent in my mind. I definitely enjoy most of what is present on ?Forgive Too Slow?, especially when I am listening. But once the album is over I can?t really recall any of what I heard.

Having come from a house and techno background, producing and toying around with oddball electronica for a while before entering the pop scene, Julia-Sophia crafts effortlessly cool, yet seamlessly heart aching tunes. Where there is fun and carefree attitude, there also sits deep inner sorrow and detached ambience. And within each gentle moment lies the heart of iron resilience.
