Their mix and production continues to be ass, their insistence on long repetitive song structures to hone in some imagined atmosphere or growing intensity did not at all pay off, considering how flat and hostile it all sounds. Mind you, not hostile like a good industrial album that makes you want to hear more, but hostile as "why should I even bother?"
