It's the kind of doom metal that is also drone not in style but in just how droning and uneventful it is. The album cowardly slugs onward with no courage to even slightly alter the minimalist and undercooked formula it presents from track one. By the middle the steam had already gone out, but by the end it becomes nearly unbearable.
