So for the uninitiated, imagine getting BFG Division from Doom, Vario by Savant (dubstep) and
blending it with screeching, squealing breakdowns, that borrow Baroque classical
progressions, Bach in particular. They brickwall the production, intensely loud, with a deep,
heavy sub bass to a lot of it. It's melodic, while being extremely heavy. Vildhjarta &
Humanities Last Stand are two others in this "thall" style for reference. One track worth
looking at as a highlight is Franks, this shows the baroque influence at it's strongest.
Ultimately, it's also somewhat like metal that's undergone a "dubstep" transformation, Oslo
sounds like someone quite literally added guitar tones to a EDM song instead of synth lines.
