Too $hort is a national treasure. There's no reason for him to be as consistently good as he is, but here we are. I think what stands out the most is the live band playing funky interpolations of Parliament type instrumentals and he even talks a whole bunch of shit about it. This album mostly has a fun vibe to it, not as much of conscious Short (his most overlooked asset imo), but he still touches on a decent amount of topics. It's only like 50% bitches. This is Short Dog in his prime.
