| 5.0 classic | KishouArima | June 11th 24 | 21 years after their landmark album "Places for Breathing" took the rock and grunge scenes by
storm, Revis resurface with a banger EP titled "Bottles of Lightning. Apart from the EP having
that distinct distortion+static noise laced sound that defines "Revis", the songs are well
produced, catchy, and they swing amazingly between the boundaries of rock and grunge, with some
simple yet cool guitar solos to add that final touch. Although this EP might not suit everyone's
tastes, you cannot deny that Holman still has that "Places of Breathing" charm in his vocals.
Overall, being a Revis fan for over a decade, I am thoroughly pleased with this EP and hopeful
for the release of another LP. Cheers! Viva la Revis!
