Shrapnel began to reroute to remain with their previous album, and I Gravity sees the English outfit going through with the transition as smoothly as possible. Fortunately, some metalcore elements have been kept to a minimum, as the band opts out for a traditionally modern (sic), groove metal sound, which combined with their top notch instrumental prowess, suits the bill particularly well.
