On the surface this new album from Body Meat is that bombastic and glitchy take of art rap and mumble rap that you have come to expect from the group. But that also doesn?t mean it sticks heads above other artists in this broader art rap and glitch hop genre. The group has continued to show they have the foundation for a great record, but lack the ability to fully create one. Nothing here is all that original or popping out at me and many of the times I don?t feel the group goes far enough with the ideas.
