| 4.0 excellent | cjbizzlebizzle | December 31st 24 | This album makes me want to skateboard more than any music I can think of in recent memory. Musically it is pretty by the books punk with a tinge of hardcore but The Chisel have a knack for writing short memorable tracks that have impact. 'No Gimmicks' erupts after the intro and could fit into a Black Label skateboarding video with just about any other song. Both the screams and the sung vocals have a ton of charm and the flow of the album is great because they seem to hit on both of those fronts at just the right times. A lot of tracks but the runtime seems to be just right before becoming exhausting or samey. Fun, energetic, angry and even anthemic at times.

| 3.6 great | Erwann S. EMERITUS | March 25th 24 | Straight-to-the-point punk with cool riffs and a plethora of lil melody nuggets hidden here and there. Nothing too crazy but a good punk rock fix.
