I imagine this is probably a far cry from the band's prime output, but as a newcomer, there was a surprising amount of heart and cute personality. It has a Kevin Morby/Andy Shauf type of amateur allure that is just oh so charming. Count in the plentitude of catchy tunes and you got yourself a winning formula for an easy-going, unassuming indie record.

The newest album from the long-standing folk and Americana band continues to see a watered-down and phones-on style they have been producing on their last few releases. From start to finish you will be given some theatrical Americana with Arctic Monkey style indie-ism and awkward vocals.
