This seems to be Saga`s most criminally underrated masterpiece. The music, although produced in the early 80`s, is still great. Yes, probably, it is dated, but it is still a good album. Later on, Saga would eventually produce two wonderful albums: Worlds Apart (1981) and Heads Or Tales (1983). Silent Knight is a good introduction to Saga`s music and a nice way to get into symphonic prog in the way Saga did in the past and still does today. Album highlights include the overplayed classic "Don`t Be Late", "Time"To Go", "Compromise", "Help Me Out", "Someone Should" and "Careful Where You Step". So, there you go: an album that isn`t praised by music critics. But, it is a cult album among Saga fans and prog rock aficionados in general.
