| 3.0 good | CriticalMyth | May 24th 23 | Seems very much like everything they've put out over the last 20 years. Some highlights here and there, like "Madman's Eyes", but I can see myself forgetting about a lot of these songs.

| 3.0 good | Antonius | March 23rd 25 | DMB's latest release has a comparatively restrained approach in the sense that the now seven-piece band forgoes its flamboyant instrumentation and scales back to a grounded, reserved, almost meditative, core. Walk Around the Moon finds Matthews confronting death and loss through a gentler side of him, with the wisdom and grace afforded by age. Picturesque choruses, crunchy grooves and Matthews? guttural singing are all there in an effort to tender songs that will stand the test of time. Overall, {i]Walk Around the Moon[/i] is a decent result with some well-crafted but not exuberant tracks. Recommendations: "The Only Thing","Madman's Eyes", "Break Free", "Walk Around the Moon"r
