this goes against the usual regrouped classic one hit wonder band grain but omnipotent convocation their sophomore album 19 years later is far superior to syzygial miscreancy, relentless thrash with sojourning but always welcome death metal elements and intelligent momentum sustaining technicality

This album is very, very good! While it isn't as innovative and ahead of its time as their debut and early demos (especially Transgressive Sentience), it's pure quality. The riffs, the grooves, the piercingly crushing and heavy sound, the drive, the technicality.... rAlso, this is sounding quite unique. Hellwitch always sounded mostly like hellwitch and not like other bands. Such a signature band sound is something that not many Death Metal bands can claim. Awesome album from a criminally underrated and visionary juggernaut of consistency with a killer guest appearance by Antti Borman of Demilich.
