Blending of old-school German krautrock wave of ambient music with drony overcompressed mixes; somewhere in this oozing digital fjord lies softness, vulnerability. The effort of the album to delve into songs that are plain and simple on a level almost academic, while still maintaining some principial structures, is admirable, albeit one's patience must be a little tougher than mine for proper enjoyment.
