If all songs were similar to On a Shrine of Rats, which is the highlight of this album for me,
this album would be utterly more enjoyable. As it is, it just sound like a more crusty 90s black
metal album with the same fuzzy production that plagued albums from that era. That album does riff
indeed, but I dont think it saves it from being a little bit more than average. It is still
enjoyable to a certain extent but I dont think it is something special
