Crunchy old-school nostalgia packaged in a slick modern veneer, lamenated with sweet tunes, but rather wonky lyrics and sometimes unconvincing vocals. Not every song strikes gold and the band's insistence on slowing down and adding breathers only reveals some of their song-writing inconsistencies.
Also, can we please slow the fuck down with the overabundance of Zdzislaw Beksinski's album covers? I know the dude was hella influential, but find something original dammit!
