This is a strong 4 from me, but mileage will vary. I find it beautiful and striking; others could see it as typical, vanilla, or not very varying. It's somewhere around 52 minutes which can be overlong for something like this but for me it's totally worth it, because the back half is packed with strong cuts such as "Right from the start", "The world will not change". Great for waking up to a dreary morning such as this.
