3.5 great | Erwann S. STAFF | November 18th 21 | Super duper smooth R&B/garage - always a pog combo - with house, UK Bass, and liquid funk linings here and there, merci Machinedrum pour les travaux! These genres, along with a very Aaliyah-esque voice, make for a great throwback to the 90s. The album is well built but ultimately suffers from a lack of bangers; Jordan's got the potential to craft *that* kind of dancey tune yo friends can't get enough of - basically this is great but has the potential to be ginormous and that makes it a tad frustrating idk? Nonetheless, a cool nocturnal R&B album.

4.0 excellent | Wolfe | August 9th 21 | Machinedrum and RJ for one of the better duos of the year. He keeps it fresh behind her sultry, on-the-pocket vocals.

4.5 superb | newsteamchannel4 | May 25th 21 | Not huge burial influences. Album is Garage/2-Step. And it is great tbh, vivid prod. and consistently great vocals.

2.5 average | ajcollins15 | May 12th 21 | I continue to search for the greatest in experimental RnB and through the years there have been some stellar standouts. This long-awaited third record from the UK-born artist had the potential. On the breakbeat-inspired intro track ?Love You Good? there was some huge excitement welling up for me. However, from there this album loses itself one song at a time. By the end of the album, it?s an interesting experiment that didn?t pan out all too well. The album feels really repetitive and uninspired by the end (huge Burial influences).
