Very early 2000s, with a lot of soul samples, jazzy syncopation and vocal flow.
Execution is superb, a lot of recurring themes and motifs, both lyrically and musically.
A lot of other albums would crumble from such an extensive run length, but if anything
I'm left wanting more by the end of this. Rating for this is probably going to increase
after some time to let it simmer. Right up there with Medhane for rap album of the year
so far.

Cool shit but even as a dirty euro non-lyric mf I could tell this guy spends too much time namedropping people he likes (i think he appreciate Miles Davis). The beats are fine, layered, and carry that boom bap warmth, but idk they also kinda sound too "naive"? Like baby's first boom bap beats. Also too long! But good!
