Thoroughly cerebral and challenging, deconstructing the jazz structures and basic soundscapes into a near-shapeless geometric paradox, where a myriad of knife-sharp angles of individual intrumental disharmony slash and stab at the backing flow. It is all a difficult listen for sure, yet one that opens many lanes of understanding sounds and jazz concoctions.
