5.0 classic | jokz001 | December 3rd 20 | Marvelous album! Each song is made in painstaking detail and the execution is perfectly clear. The vocal performance is also outstanding, each guttural is super-expressive and the clean voice plays with the modes and textures achieving a chameleonic work. Memorable!

0.0 | Blud Vidal | June 12th 20 | Though Dyssidia wear all their influences squarely on their sleeves for all to see (Dream Theater and Opeth are clear progenitors), Costly Signals is executed well enough to establish the Australian band as prog metal up-and-comers. There are plenty of catchy moments, surprising verses, and grandiose structures to keep the listener paying attention at least and enthralled at best.

4.0 excellent | Dmax28 | April 1st 20 | High quality prog. Sometimes reminds me of old school Leprous, and how I wish they sounded more like today. Especially songs like the first three and closer are killer. Prog fans shouldn't miss this.
