3.1 good | Erwann S. STAFF | March 26th 20 | Never heard the compiled works before so I can't tell if the remaster's well done. Nevertheless, the production is excellent, more organic than most dungeon synth. As all compilation though, this one suffers from an extended running time, and the overall lack of variety between each song doesn't help. Still, as the Dungeon Synth SputMaester said, this is a good listening for Tolkien's fans. And in these quarantine times, it's a great album to work to, or simply to let your mind wander while your body has to stay inside.

4.0 excellent | Gary STAFF | March 25th 20 | All the early Thangorodrim-works have been remastered, and the result is very pleasing, and really have been brought together. This is a more ripe, and fullier complex, which certainly has its own highs and lows, but alltogether this is a fine and valuable musical experience for all the enthusiastic fans of Tolkien's work, and the dungeon synth genre.
