While listening to CROSS, one word comes to mind: Boring. Comparing this to one of the pre-initial-breakup Luna Sea albums is like night and day. There is nothing significant about this album that deserves attention, is so generic and bland. Such a shame to see a band who were once so fantastic fall so far from grace. Much like with X Japan, perhaps the initial breakup should have been the end.
