This is the first I've heard of this band, and I was pleasantly surprised. There are a few generic rockers in the mix, but throughout there are also callbacks to the 1970s era of psychodelic pop and rock that sound like they shouldn't belong but serve to give the whole album a sense of fun that is often lost in more "serious" projects.
