Technically really proficient and well produced, but totally soulless. This is power metal by numbers.

Solid Power Metal in the vein of Hammerfall, Stratovarius etc. There are some really strong songs
here, but the album as a whole feels a little undercooked and some of the poppier material
(Everyone's a Star) falls flat. Christian Eriksson remains an exceptionally talented vocalist,
however these songs don't show off his range and dexterity to the same extent as the Twilight
Force ones. There's enough promise here to suggest a strong follow-up is likely.
