A stellar gothic doom metal release that sits comfortably (both stylistically and historically) alongside albums such as Paradise Lost's "Icon" and Tiamat's "Wildhoney". Not quite a classic but an overlooked gem for sure. Bonus points for album art by the great Dave McKean.
