3.5 great | Doublez38 | July 31st 19 | Yella Beezy's main strength lies in introspection. With his striking flow, the native Texan delivers a new project where street, gang and perpetual fear problems that he can feel in everyday life are mixed. The tempo of his beats perfectly describes this sword of damocles that he constantly has on his head. Here the most interesting tracks are those that here are rather solo and the least commercial. A fracture separates the album, a first part very rhythmic then a second southern fold like Lil Boosie.
