4.0 excellent | Voivod STAFF | March 3rd 19 | Ok, this is the best heavy (and I mean heavy af!!!)/blues rock that has rubbed my ears in a very long time. Birdstone's debut full-length album is a win-win on every sector; from the sound work which is an oasis in today's plastic/compressed wasteland, to the arrangements that carry a progressive rock scent that spices things even more, to the vocalist's French accent which colours the music only so much, as to further distinguish the music from everything else out there. Keep calm, buy this, go to the band's concerts and stream this as much as you can: http://birdstoneband.bandcamp.com/album/seer

3.5 great | manosg EMERITUS | August 28th 20 | Heavy, dirty and raw, this sounds like a more doomy and less psychedelic version of Fraction's Moon Blood.

4.5 superb | Jethro42 | March 9th 19 | Band makes me think of Kyuss meets Queens of The Stone Age, with a singer who has the power and
the assurance of Jeff Buckley. Intense, bluesy hard rock (with soft parts) which has a taste of
stoner rock with no raw, dirty sound. Instead, it's transparent, limpid crystal clear hard rock if
it makes sense. No need to dig blues, but if you don't, you will up to now. Guitar is heavy but
not abrasive. Arrangements are carefully done, and no fillers at all on here. Production is top
notch. If you're still unwilling to listen to this, try only ''Alquezar''. I absolutely love every
track. My favorites are ''Ritual'', ''Beast'' and ''Alquezar''. My least favorite is ''Crows'',
but it's still great. Classic!
