The band calls themselves "Blackened Deathcore" but unlike other bands who describe themselves as such, there is literally nothing "Blackened" about the album. I feel like these dudes kinda missed the bus, I mean modern deathcore bands play a much more technical, slam deathcore. The album sounds like a 2010 era release. It's nostalgic but boring compared to other new wave releases. Concluding, all the breakdowns sound the same, and the second half loses me. The first half, however, has some decent bangers.

This is one of the best deathcore albums ever. Ranking Right with the classics. I wasn?t expecting this from AWIP. What a beast!

Easily one of the best releases for past 3-4 years. There is no weak songs. Absolutely crushing
production, simply amazing. Great diversity between song structures and riffs, which is a really
big problem for deathcore nowdays. Amazing vocals and non cliche lyrics. Keen to hear more in the
future from this guys!

for 'Brand of Sacrifice' Godhand "Zero riffage, like literally zero. Zero melody/solos, just
chugs and a bit of symphonic elements. A lot of stupid parts, tons of dissonances." what this
album isn't the same thing? okay maybe there's a cool riff in the last two songs but really?

Pleasantly surprised at how good this album is. I think fans of any Metal genre will appreciate this.

It's alright. The Darkened Gospel single was excellent, this album doesn't have anything as good as that, but I enjoyed it.
Will probably give another couple of spins. Good quality, albeit a bit generic, deathcore.
