This album is good. We feels the influence of ELP, especially with regard to keyboards, from
Yes, etc. The singer has a tone of voice similar to that of Roger Water. Throughout the album,
there is good crescendo, often unfortunately accompanied by decrescendo a little too low. This
progressive rock album groove and often pulls towards funk and jazz stylistically speaking.
There are very good lyrics especially in the last two pieces of the album, excluding the bonus
track. The addition of saxophone and flute is sometimes interesting. Aerial moments are for me
the strength of this album. On the other hand, the moments where the guitars are heavier, the
ones could have been heavier and heavier. The sound of the battery is very retro analog and
could have been more present. The 4th track is the best. The solos of keyboards are excellent
on the album, by cons some lack of length. There are moments on the album where we feel that
it's more of a jam than a finished piece. I'm talking about the many jazz improvisations that
do not add anything to the album. The last piece, excluding the bonus piece, is very textual.
You can feel Gill Scott Herron's little influence here, with a text that looks more like a
nostalgic manifesto about 70s music. Basically, a good album with very original moments like
those of the guitar solo of the 4th piece, but who lacks heaviness and who could have cut in
order to give us only that which is better.

Cet album est bien. On sent l’influence de ELP, surtout en ce qui concerne les claviers, de
Yes. Le chanteur a un timbre de voix similaire à celui de Roger Water. Tout au long de l’album,
il y a de bons crescendo, souvent malheureusement accompagnés de décrescendo un petit peu trop
bas. L’album rock progressif groove et tire souvent vers le funk et le jazz stylistiquement
parlant. Il y a de très bons textes surtout dans les deux dernières pièces de l’album, excluant
la piste bonus. L’ajout de saxophone et flute est parfois intéressant. Les moments aériens sont
pour moi la force de cet album. Par contre, les moments ou les guitares est plus lourde, le
sont aurait put être plus lourd et plus heavy. Le son de la batterie est très rétro analogique
et aurait pu être plus présent. La 4e piste est la meilleure. Les solos de claviers sont
excellents sur l’album, par contre certains manquent de longueur. Il y a des moments sur
l’album ou on sent que c’est plus un jam qu’un morceau fini. Je parle des multiples
improvisations jazz qui n’ajoutent rien à l’album. La dernière pièce, excluant la pièce bonus,
est très en ce qui concerne le texte. On sent une petite influence de Gill Scott Herron ici,
avec un texte qui ressemble plus à un manifeste nostalgique sur la musique des années 70. En
gros, un bon album avec des moments très originaux comme ceux du solo de guitare de la 4e
pièce, mais qui manque de lourdeur et qui aurait pu coupé afin de nous donner seulement ce qui
est meilleur.
