Kinda crazy that "quirky poppy jazzy synth funk" can be just aight

For an album that prides itself on that quirky funk-pop nature, I found myself connecting with the more peaceful moments. Those fun songs are still a blast like "When You're Ugly", but something about the closer, "Night," makes me feel a deeper connection. A gradual build-in and build-out of this ambient piece at the conclusion of an intelligent all over the place album calms the mind after the previous journey.
