Review Summary: The album is well worked, but repetitive. Often the tracks are tasteless and lack personality.

Review in English:
Under the Fragmented Sky by Mariusz Duda. This 2018 album contains 8 tracks and only 35:58 of music. According to Google Music it is categorized as Electronic Music, for many critics it is a progressive rock album. We feel several similarities or influences with their contemporaries i.e. Opeth, Beardfish, Porcupine Tree, Black Field, Steven Wilson especially with regards to acoustic guitar use and strumming accompanied by a Lake-Type (ELP) voice. TrackÂ*3 reintegrates acoustic instaruments and these instruments are present at this moment in order to balance electronics and acoustics. The track n. 4 is by far the best with his acoustic guitar, his waltz rhythm, his aerial and emotional sounds. Track # 5 we feel progressive influences i.e. Falling into infinity and Six Degrees of inner turbulence from Dream Theater.

We feel that there is a work on the sound level. We try here to be minimalist, but to use effective sounds and it is successful. We also use the autotune and the vocoder several times in this album which is a proof of the influences of the electronic music. The album is well worked, but repetitive. Often the tracks are tasteless and lack personality.

Review in French:
Under the Fragmented Sky par Mariusz Duda.

I actually really enjoy this mini album of left overs from Fractured - and in fact I much prefer it to the latest one. Some great tracks and atmosphere here.
