A side project of Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong, The Longshot's three song EP continues on many of the same musical themes explored in Green Day's most recent music, especially the trilogy of Uno! Dos! Tre!. If you liked some of the songs from those albums, you'll probably enjoy this, though it does come off as a little bit derivative because of the striking similarities to that series of records.
