Lex-era Megaherz took awhile to find their footing, but they find it here. Komet contains a bit of the heavier impulses of Heuchler and Gotterdammerung and the poppier instincts of Zombieland, while strengthening the industrial/nu-metal template that early Megaherz established. It's nice to see political commentary return to the band, as well as a genuine sense of fun, while melding with more emotional moments. Far and away the best thing this band has done since 5.
