You'd think the title alludes to the exact timeline the album's sound will try to emulate, but the project is actually quite in-the-now. Or rather, as current as vaporwave, portraying unlived nostalgia in aesthetics only, not in approach. Expect a plethora slow pop softness that seems made for the dancefloor but is actually more fit for solitary nights in a warm blanket.
