4.0 excellent | jmh886 | July 31st 17 | This album surprised the shit out of me. Great from top to bottom. Even though til the city's on fire is questionable and doesn't really fit, it's still a decent pop song. though the subject matter is also questionable for dudes approaching fifty. Overall this is one of 311's best releases.

4.5 superb | jmurnan | June 23rd 17 | Some people need to get over the cover and the "way things ought to be". I will continue to keep myself detached from their decision making and let them do their thing, because they do it best, without the industry telling them how to do it. This album is completely "killer" as Chad Sexton said. A ton of different samplings of style with that special 311 touch. Production is totally unique and not too similar to any other album of theirs. Some songs take some getting used to, I'll admit that. "'Til the City's on Fire" is too much modern pop for my taste but they find a way to make it so damn catchy anyways. They have never let me down - ever.

3.0 good | this space for rent | August 23rd 17 | This kind of sounds like an album written by AI running the 311 algorithm. I'm really not sure if that is a good thing or not.

4.0 excellent | pennyroyal22 | June 23rd 17 | A really great smattering of the many versatile styles 311 is capable of. The album is marred somewhat by some collaborations with John Feldmann which mixes like oil with the water of the rest of the songs, but the musicianship and songwriting on display is truly remarkable. 'Stereolithic' was hailed by some as a return to form but after Mosaic it's clear it was more of a sign of things to come.
