If you think Cold Lake is the worst thing Celtic Frost ever came up with, you haven't listened to this.

most of the album sounds like a third tier marilyn manson or korn, and album closer 'hip hop jugend' sounds like the worst rammstein song fathomable.

Actually, this is not that horrible. If you sit down and listen to this properly, you'll notice that this demo is indeed a prototype, the prototype of their final masterpiece, Monotheist and some Triptykon songs. You can hear many of the same lyrics and same melodies from the aforementioned examples - and from this aspect, I believe it's a fascinating experience having the opportunity to hear these early early versions of those songs. Plus, it's also very interesting to hear some of these rather unsuccesful experiments, because these were also part of their evolution. Not every experiment is a succesful one, and this release is not painful as most people said. (Not good, but not painful either.)

Dafuk is that crap?! I had no idea this existed. I wish i still had no idea, this is beyond terrible. Probably tied with Lulu as worst album ever. Well at least, it was only a demo so i guess it wins on that count.
