4.0 excellent | Vokills | April 14th 08 | This album is the perfect death/hardcore hybrid. I think they are especially intense. Most bands that utilize breakdowns are simply cutting corners but i think Misericordiam makes them fit in perfectly with the music. The only bad thing is the vocals. I appreciate all vocal styles but i think a person should be able to do them well. This bands vocalist does some styles well but his inhales and pig squeels feel weak. Luckily, they instrumental makes up for it.

4.5 superb | landonius | May 6th 10 | First off, this really isn't deathcore. This is more in the vein of brutal death metal/grindcore, as there are very few breakdowns throughout the album. When there are the breakdowns, they are massive and utilized well. The drumming is ridiculous, and the lyrics are a high point as well. One of the most impressive things I've heard in a long while, and I'm looking forward to hearing more from them.

4.5 superb | xDANKx | March 30th 10 | 13 minutes of intensity, gravity blasts and shredding. some may detest deathcore, but this band does a great job of fusing death and hardcore. In an age when bring me the horizon and suicide silence are the norm, misericordiam is here to create some real deathcore.
