Weird how starkly perceptions can differ. To me
this
sounds like something that easily could have been written
for
arcade racing games like Trackmania, but this time
unfortunately put through very bland production and
overcompression. Cryptidalia and
the preceding Bitstream Dream releases on the other
hand
have always
been unmistakably Mr. Di Prisco first and foremost.

Definitely the best of his releases, the earlier ones fall into being too much like OST music, while the more recent just lack the immaculate production, or freshness this hard. It's beautifully produced dance music with a "spacey" feel, mostly trending towards a mix of techno, trance & some glitchy IDM elements.
