3.0 good | SalteyBacon | November 16th 23 | Loud, aggressive and being offensive is the name of the game. The first half of this record BEGS you to be offended in some way and if you are, maybe this isn't for you. A good take on experimental hip hop.

3.1 good | Erwann S. STAFF | October 24th 23 | Death Grips can't do that, bitch. Peggy's debut album (under the JPEGMAFIA moniker, 'cause the dude has been hella prolific with his Devon Hendryx and other Rockwood Escape Plan personas) is basically him telling everyone he ain't MC Ride while alternating between (very Death Gripsy) aggressive industrial, lethargic cloud rap, and patchworky glitch hop. It's definitely an exciting proposition, but one that would be refined later in his career.

3.5 great | charlopiano | September 17th 21 | Production varies in quality, it just feels very slow, which is very weird compared to other Peggy projects.

3.5 great | chilledpunkrock | May 27th 19 | Production on here is absolutely insane, but it feels relatively samey after a while due to how long this thing is -- 75 minutes is really unnecessary for something this abrasive. Hearing this after Veteran adds context to a lot Peggy's lyrics, mainly that he doesn't necessarily mean everything he raps. That said, a lot of the lyrics on here are really confrontational to the point that it's annoying, and like others have said, they can get really really edgy for no real reason. It's definitely worth listening to and overall enjoyable, but it's clearly a formative stage that was realized on Veteran.

2.0 poor | Soupy Rodriguez | July 7th 18 | Really bummed and disappointed that this didn?t live up to the hype. Definitely has some cool moments and really great experimental beats. What kills it are the atrociously cringey lyrics and an empty flow. The rapper honestly ruins it for me but he does a pretty good job on 2015 was a good year for some reason.

4.0 excellent | asdf00asdf | May 20th 18 | actually sounds much more heartfelt than Veteran. i can tell it came from a hard place and time in his life and has a lot more heartwrenching/brainmelting stuff actually. example: 27 club, i just killed a..., boi, 2015 was a great year, and black ben carson, cuck, all caps no spaces, try me.rthe whole production and atmosphere is much more experimental and brooding, and doesn't offer a lot of catchy melodies unlike veteran. this is merciless. its gonna kill u and the beats are gonna dance on yer grave
