Amazed this wasn't on here. This is one of the best jazz records to grace the planet. Using a blend of fusion, freeform, and otherworldly electronics, Julian Priester creates a sonic vision that echoes the album's gorgeous cover art; a bizarre and beautiful world of endless ocean. If you enjoy Herbie Hancock's Mwandishi period, this is essential.
