Long Time Underground is essentially composed of seven long-winded free guitar improvisations that sometimes border on drone over a light rhythm section of guitar and bass. While at best it does a succesful job of sounding like a post-rock Boris or perhaps Earth and manages to keep a tangible atmosphere throughout, it lacks a clear sense of purpose and enough points of interest to be effectual in any way.
