I feel so nostalgic listening to them.rEven whole album is very poor, BUT they have to hit songs on that album: "My Dad Says That's For Pussies" and "We"re Gonna Bring The Party To You". These two songs sounds exactly like they were written in that old albums alongside with "Fire Water Burn"...

Don't get the hate on this -- it is exactly what they have always done. You never have to worry
about these guys bringing quality, tongue-in-cheek, sexual innuendo laden tunes to the table.

It's alright, I guess. Even though I had previously awaited a new Bloodhound Gang album for about............6 years or so, this record is decent I suppose. What is worth it? Hell no, but it's not a horrible album. Few fun songs on this record, but that's it really. "We're Gonna Bring The Party To You" is damn good for sure, probably the main reason to buy this album to be honest. The singles are almost all ass, except for "Dimes" and maybe "Chew Toy." Oh well, at least we have their older material to listen to, because honestly, I don't think we can expect much more from these guys after this album.r

After more than a decade, we finally have a new Bloodhound Gang album. Was it worth it in the end? Hell no, but given the fact these guys don't take anything in the music department seriously (hence the album cover and album name), one should not expect too much from these guys. However, I myself managed to find some good qualities with this album - not amazing, but not terrible either. First and foremost, if you're looking for throbbing, earth-shattering dance beats like on Hooray For Boobies, you won't find any on Hard-Off, sadly. A lot of the beats are rather simple, and not driven by multiple synthesizers and pulsating rhythms - which I'm sure will come as a shock to most people who are familiar with their older work. "We're Gonna Bring The Party To You" is one of the best tracks they've done in all their career, though. - a very nice, slow-burning chill track with a surprisingly beautiful melody and somehow motivating lyrics: r"Here comes trouble, shut the front door. You need to not give a shit a little more. Tomorrow's not here and yesterday's gone. It's half past fucking with the caps lock on."

Album cover is still better than Sia's new one

Look! It's a bird, it's a plane, it's... a comeback album hardly anybody was clamoring for, I can imagine. Alternative rock band Bloodhound Gang are finally back with their fifth and newest full-length LP, released 10 years after the much-maligned Hefty Fine. Entitled Hard-Off, the latest record is standard BHG fare - because if the cover art and album name haven't clued people in, I'm not totally sure what will. Comprised of 11 songs, this is an improvement over the previous affair, even though that isn't saying a whole lot. Personally, it's pretty cool how this Philadelphia-based act are still able to generate catchy chorus sections even if some of the tracks here are overall unbearable ("Chew Toy," "Diary Of a Stranger"). Bloodhound Gang's existence sort of proves that, while every type of comedy can't necessarily be enjoyed, all the types of humor can go appreciated for what they are; yes, even poop jokes, believe it or not. Angel recommends: "Dimes," "Uncool As Me," "Think Outside the Box," and "We're Gonna Bring the Party to You". By the by, these dudes won't ever stop being remembered for that Discovery Channel tune ("The Bad Touch") - for better or worse.
