Morning Glory here is so good. After this listen to the bass & piano version on the compilation Piano Player.

This is essential Evans. Apparently, Bill and Co. changed up their setlist for the Japanese tour. There are several
songs here which don’t appear on any other Bill Evans albums. Most notably, their version of Bobbie Gentry’s
Mornin’ Glory” is a gorgeous, wandering stroll which takes me somewhere else every time...it is mellow
joyfulness, if that makes any sense. Bill’s solo reading of Steve Swallow’s “Hullo Bolinas” and the closer “On
Green Dolphin Street” are two other highlights on a highlight-filled album.
