Adimiron have taken the best elements from bands such as Gojira, Mastodon, Baroness, Cynic, Meshuggah etc. and have come with an frenetic metal amagalm. Not sure how this sound will turn out in the future, but right now the mix of said elements seems to stand only a few instances away before its transformation to a homogeneous and truly unique sound. Favorite track: Furnace Creek. Stream: http://adimironband.bandcamp.com/album/timelapse

A prog death that goes straight to the face! The opener track Collateral has a damn sexy bass line...luv it!

To me, this album sounds like the album that could have fit somewhere between Contradictions Collapse and Chaosphere. The vocalist has that raspy Hetfield-ish shout was used on Contradictions… and the music definitely uses the same thrashy technicality as that album, too, but there’s also more. The song writing on Timelapse is much better and less monotonous and it kicks in some modern metal influences and even a bit of Cynic and Voivod.

A beautiful trip in the dark with unique heavy riffs...definitely an high level of composition that has nothing less than major bands!rA must buy to me!
