With a fantastic opener The Raveonettes once again prove they sure know how to write emotionally moving, super-catchy tunes, bound together by their signature guitar noise. The album is a cinematic trip about the forgotten days that never happened, touching and grandiose. The Rains of May has one of my favorite crescendos ever, while When Night Is Almost Done asks the ultimate question: When our love dies, do we die too?
